MY STORY

I'm Karolien Coolen and I'm a ceramic maker based in Ghent. When my boyfriend and I took a cat we wanted to give her a nice eating and drinking bowl but it became clear that this was not available for animals. I wanted to change this. That is why I decided to combine my passion for ceramics and my love for animals by making beautiful bowls for them as well.

These handmade bowls fit perfectly in our contemporary homes. We share our lives with our little, or not so little, four-legged friends and they become part of the family. I thought that they deserved, just as us, to eat in a beautiful and qualitative handmade bowl.

Because, let's be honest, eating on a nice plate makes the food even tastier.
